What you´ll do

• Creation and change of local Material Master Data (e.g. Sales views, Sales BOM, MRP views, Storage and Warehouse views, Purchasing views) for Finished Goods
• Finalization of the workflow steps in monitoring tool   
• Reminding users of delayed tasks and gathering reasons for delays (Reason Codes).
• Working with various tools      
• Using available automation solutions to speed up the process
• Regular communication within the team and also with stakeholders (mainly via email) 
• Maintaining the quality of data set currently, following the process manuals and instructions
• Keeping agreed timings for Master Data Creation 

What makes you a good fit

• Technical background. Open to learn working with Microsoft Excel, Sharepoints, Microsoft Outlook and SAP   
• Active knowledge of English
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes
• Good communication skills

Minimum salary: 5,5 EUR/hour gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
