Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for an analytically-minded, tech-curious university student to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Data & Operations Intern.

You'll work closely with our CSMs to power smarter customer engagement with the help of reporting, automation tools, and data-driven insights. If you're organized, comfortable in spreadsheets, and interested in SaaS and customer success, this is your chance to learn in a high-growth scale-up.

What You’ll Work On

  • Help CSMs create bi-weekly and monthly reports on customer billing and call activity.
  • Prepare and format custom reports from spreadsheet exports. 
  • Generate cumulative billing reports by country and other key client-specific reports using internal tools (HubSpot, Velaris, Zendesk, and ReDash).
  • Use ChatGPT and automation tools to streamline manual reporting tasks.
  • Assist with updating CRM data in PHAdmin, HubSpot, and Velaris to keep customer records accurate.
  • Keep customer data accurate by updating records in PHAdmin, HubSpot, and Velaris

Who We’re Looking For

✔️ Attention to detail and highly organized in handling reports and customer data.
✔️ Experience with Excel/Google Sheets (basic formulas, pivot tables).
✔️ Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret and manage data.

✔️ Ability to adapt quickly and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

🌐 Tech-Savvy & Customer-Oriented

✔️ Interest in SaaS, customer success, or data/ops roles.
✔️ Excellent written and spoken English.
✔️Knowledge of tools like Zendesk, HubSpot, or Velaris is a plus.

🎓 Background

✔️ Enrolled university student in your final years (Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field).
