For our office in Berlin (Kreuzberg) we are looking for you as Lead Digital Merchandising & Data (m/f/x).
Your Responsibilities
Own and develop our existing product data and tooling landscape (e.g. PIM, shop system, search and recommendation engines) to support scalable merchandising and personalization
Improve search and recommendation performance to improve UX and conversion
Ensure consistent, high-quality product data across all platforms and tools
Define, implement, and continuously optimize country-specific sorting logic, curated landing pages, and merchandising strategies in line with business goals
Act as a strategic interface between product, engineering, and external partners
Translate business requirements into technical concepts and ensure smooth implementation
Lead and develop the team responsible for product discovery and merchandising execution on a local level
Drive cross-functional initiatives related to product discovery, data quality, and user experience
Your Profile
Several years of experience in product discovery (search, recommendations, merchandising)
Proven ability to lead cross-functional product initiatives with both strategic and operational impact
Strong understanding of data structures, tool integrations, and processes in e-commerce environments
Hands-on experience with PIM systems, recommendation engines, and shop platforms
Familiar with analytics tools and data-driven workflows
Comfortable working with APIs, data feeds, and personalization logic
Able to translate business goals into scalable, tech-enabled solutions
Structured, data-driven, and detail-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional, international settings
Background in digital business, e-commerce, business informatics (or similar)
