ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an on-site Systems Administrator and Development Operations Manager who is detail-oriented, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable from a technical standpoint to join our Xsolla Berlin team. This hybrid role combines traditional IT infrastructure management for our growing 35-person office with specialized support for our game development team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to work closely with team members to resolve their most-pressing technical blockers and keep our team working as fast and efficiently as possible.
Strong technical expertise is essential, along with experience in systems administration and some knowledge of game development processes, particularly with Perforce and Unreal Engine workflows. The ability to manage multiple projects will be key to your success in this role.
