Are you ready to join us?

Your role

  • Steer the Data Architecture function from an organizational and delivery perspective, covering data architecture, taxonomy, and meta data governance

  • Lead data engineers, architects, or taxonomy/metadata specialists in a functional or program leadership role

  • Drive and coordinate cross-functional programs and projects across Data Architecture, Product, Research, Data Operations, and Tech

  • Establish clear priorities, operating models, and decision-making processes across teams

  • Act as the primary stakeholder interface for Data Architecture, translating complex topics into clear outcomes and decisions

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in functional leadership, program management, or portfolio roles in data-driven organizations

  • Strong understanding of data platforms, data architecture concepts, and metadata, without the need to act as a technical lead

  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-team initiatives and projects with multiple dependencies

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, across technical and non-technical audiences

  • High organizational strength, structured thinking, and comfort working in ambiguous, evolving environments
