Your role
Steer the Data Architecture function from an organizational and delivery perspective, covering data architecture, taxonomy, and meta data governance
Lead data engineers, architects, or taxonomy/metadata specialists in a functional or program leadership role
Drive and coordinate cross-functional programs and projects across Data Architecture, Product, Research, Data Operations, and Tech
Establish clear priorities, operating models, and decision-making processes across teams
Act as the primary stakeholder interface for Data Architecture, translating complex topics into clear outcomes and decisions
Your profile
Several years of experience in functional leadership, program management, or portfolio roles in data-driven organizations
Strong understanding of data platforms, data architecture concepts, and metadata, without the need to act as a technical lead
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-team initiatives and projects with multiple dependencies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, across technical and non-technical audiences
High organizational strength, structured thinking, and comfort working in ambiguous, evolving environments
