We are looking for a full-time Customer Data Platform (CDP) Consultant (all genders) for The Marcom Engine at our Munich location as soon as possible.

You believe in the power of connected customer data to drive smarter marketing. You're passionate about turning complex technical frameworks into seamless, privacy-compliant customer experiences. Working alongside data scientists, engineers, and marketing strategists, you'll shape the way data flows across ecosystems—segmenting audiences, orchestrating journeys, and enabling personalization at scale. Your focus: making every customer interaction more relevant, more timely, and more effective.

  • Lead workshops with business and technical stakeholders to define goals, KPIs, customer journeys, and data use cases
  • Translate business requirements into Tealium CDP solutions
  • Advise on audience segmentation, orchestration, personalization, and activation strategies
  • Provide input on data architecture, Data Layer design, and integration points
  • Ensure alignment on data privacy, governance, and compliance (CCPA,)
  • Collaborate closely with both marketing and tech teams to bridge business needs and technical execution
  • Solid expertise with Tealium products (especially AudienceStream CDP, iQ Tag Management, EventStream)
  • Strong background in customer data strategy, marketing technology, and cross-channel activation
  • Good understanding of technical topics: Data Layer, tag management, APIs, integrations, identity stitching
  • Ability to help design and challenge solution architecture while keeping a sharp focus on business outcomes
  • Strong analytical capabilities, ability to interpret requirements, and provides business recommendations to mitigate business and operational risks.
  • Knowledge of information security and information security awareness
