Your mission
We are looking for dedicated employees to support the creation of a company-wide project database. This database contains all project data and enables its evaluation. It serves as a central information source for project managers to keep track of important controlling metrics. Project employees can view basic information about their projects. The database also supports management by providing a summarized overview for financial controlling across all projects.
Your tasks:- Participation in data modeling (e.g., projects, partial orders, framework agreements)
- Creation of the database and user interface in Microsoft Access and VBA
- Development of connectors to other data sources (e.g., DATEV, ticket systems, personnel management)
- Creation of dashboards and analyses based on the collected data (e.g., web, PowerBI, Excel)
Your profile
- Ongoing studies
- Knowledge in data modeling
- Experience and knowledge in SQL and VBA
- Experience and knowledge in data evaluation/analysis
- Very good knowledge of German or English
