We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious Working Student to join our journey. This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to learn the business impact of data driving decision making within a globally operating team in the field of renewable energy hardware products. You will be an integral part of the team, contributing to real projects and learning the practical side of reporting, data engineering and product management, procurement and supply chain operations.
Key responsibilities include:Support the Platform: Assist the team in developing and maintaining our core analytics stack, including data ingestion pipelines, transformation jobs, and reporting infrastructure
Write Code: Contribute to our codebase (in Python) to automate processes and improve data quality checks
Enable Teams: Act as a point of contact for the hardware team, helping them with adhoc data analyses, questions around reporting tools and prioritizing incoming analytics tasks. Build new dashboards to analyse business processes and give recommendations based on the findings
Improve & Document: Help us improve our reports by identifying areas for enhancement and contributing to our technical documentation to ensure our tools are easy to use
Learn & Grow: Actively participate in team meetings, learn about our architecture, and absorb as much knowledge as you can from our experienced team
Current Student: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
Coding Experience: You have hands-on experience writing code from university projects or personal projects. Experience with Python is a strong plus
SQL Fluency: You are comfortable writing SQL queries to select, join, and transform data
Eagerness to Learn: You have a genuine passion for data and are highly motivated to learn the operational side of product management, procurement & supply chain management
Team Player: You have excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others to solve complex problems
Language: Fluency in English and German is required
