Working Student Data Analytics (m/f/x)

Are you looking for a new challenge as Working Student in Data Analytics? Do you enjoy structuring complex issues, digging through databases, developing the perfect code to extract your data and draw logical conclusions from it? You are not only interested in analyzing data, but also in deriving recommendations for action and discussing them with our internal business partners? Then you should join our team of around 15 data experts and help make XING a “data-driven company”. Our team consists of dedicated international analysts who, in close collaboration with product managers, want to better understand the behavior of our users, test product variants, define and monitor KPIs and predict developments.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Support our team in daily operational tasks as well as in various projects
• Independently execute database queries, analyze data and interpret the results
• Design, create and maintain dashboards using Tableau or Adobe Analytics
• Support in the conception and evaluation of A/B tests
• Automate recurring processes to enhance efficiency

Das bringst Du mit:

• Situated in the beginning of a master's program in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field with a strong quantitative focus

• Strong analytical thinking and conceptual skills, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts

• Proficient in SQL, with some experience in working with big data being ideal

• Confident in approaching and engaging with others proactively

• Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience with Snowflake and DBT is a valuable asset

• Experience of Tableau or Adobe Analytics is an additional advantage

• Knowledge of statistical methods and R or Python would be a plus

• Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus
