Trainee in Data privacy and Legal department (part-time job for students)

Job Description

Support for data privacy and legal department. Execute administrative tasks according to the valid processes in timely manner. Suggestions for process improvements in area of his/her responsibility. Communicate with the internal / external counterparts.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

• Performing the tasks of a document manager in line with document management process
• Managing monthly overviews of work provided by external consulting companies
• Updating internal data privacy, legal and compliance intranet page
• Communication with internal departments and with external consultant companies
• Performing operational tasks in line with valid processes (HR, Procurment, Security, etc)
• Maintain internal standards, processes and routines based on group requirements

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• speak fluent English,
• are student of a law university or of a faculty of informatics with an interest in IT technologies and AI
• have time to work 20 hours/weekly,
• have strong sense of responsibility
• are intermediate user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• are able to work in team and willingness to work in an international environment / intercultural sensitivity

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
Base salary will not be lower than 5,50 € brutto per hour.
