🧰 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate, scale and improve infrastructure using Kubernetes, Helm, Flux
  
  

• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  
  

• Deploy & manage services like Nginx, RabbitMQ, MySQL, MongoDB
  
  

• Drive observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Mimir
  
  

• Collaborate with engineering squads to deliver stable, secure systems
  
  

• Champion DevOps best practices and mentor junior team members
  
  

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles
  
  

• Expert in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  
  

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, GitOps, IaC (Terraform/Ansible)
  
  

• Strong CI/CD experience and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.)
  
  

• Experience with microservices & Java-based architecture
  
  

• German at C1 level (or B2 with strong experience)
  
  

🌟 Bonus Skills:

• Monitoring & Logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Mimir
  
  

• Messaging systems: RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ
  
  

• Database know-how: MySQL, MongoDB
  
  

• Experience mentoring, collaborating with Agile teams

• Reports directly to the CTO
  
  

• 16+ developers in cross-functional squads
