We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to become a central force in optimizing user acquisition, engagement, and revenue for millions of users. This role is for a highly analytical individual who will be instrumental in building and improving predictive models, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks that directly influence our product, marketing, and user acquisition strategies. What You’ll Do 🎯

  • Model and Predict User Value: Lead the development of predictive models, particularly for Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), to identify high-value user segments and drive strategic optimization for marketing and product teams.

  • Design & Analyze Experiments: Take ownership of the design and analysis of hundreds of A/B tests and observational causal methods to deeply understand user behavior and measure the impact of various strategies across user acquisition, rewards, and in-game tasks.

  • Drive Strategic Decisions: Partner closely with business leaders, including the CEO and marketing managers, to frame complex business challenges as data problems, translate findings into clear narratives, and influence strategic decision-making.

  • Holistic Problem-Solving: Engage in a wide range of projects, from improving attribution models and fraud prevention to providing data-driven recommendations for product features and game recommendations.

  • Deep-Dive Analysis: Utilize exceptional SQL and Python skills to conduct sophisticated data analysis, build robust analytical models, and maintain data structures that support advanced insights and experimentation.

What You’ll Bring 💡

  • Extensive experience (typically 4+ years) in a data science or advanced analytics role, with a strong focus on business performance, user behavior, and growth metrics.

  • Proven expertise in predictive modeling (especially LTV), user segmentation, and experimentation design (A/B testing and causal methods).

  • Exceptional proficiency in SQL and Python for complex data manipulation, statistical modeling, and analysis.

  • Experience collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders—from technical teams (engineers) to business leaders—to drive measurable business impact.

  • A strong business acumen and the ability to simplify complex data requests into meaningful, actionable solutions.
