Key
Responsibilities
What
you'll lead:
Technical
Excellence & Project Delivery
· Oversee the
installation, configuration, and commissioning of sophisticated network and
security systems across multiple data centre projects
· Develop standardised
commissioning protocols that ensure consistent quality and performance across
all implementations
· Coordinate with Project
Managers, Engineers, and contractors to maintain alignment with client
standards while keeping projects on schedule
· Create comprehensive
documentation covering observations, tests, and checklist completion with
precision that inspires client confidence
Team
Leadership & Development
· Build and mentor a
team of Technical Specialists, fostering their growth and expertise in data
centre security systems
· Establish best
practices for commissioning and validation of security systems, raising the bar
for technical excellence
· Serve as the ultimate
technical escalation point, providing advanced troubleshooting support for
complex challenges
· Drive knowledge
sharing across the organisation, elevating the capabilities of the entire Technical
team
Client
& Stakeholder Management
· Act as the trusted
technical authority for clients, delivering service so exceptional that we
remain their first choice - every time
· Consult with Design
and Sales teams, contributing technical insights that shape winning proposals
and groundbreaking solutions
· Identify potential
project risks early, rally stakeholders, and craft mitigation strategies to
maintain timeline and budget integrity
· Lead technical
presentations and training sessions for clients, ensuring they maximise the
value of their security investments
Innovation
& Continuous Improvement
· Scout and evaluate
emerging tools and practices that could enhance efficiency and security
effectiveness
· Collaborate with
R&D teams to adapt solutions for specific client environments and
challenges
· Develop innovative
approaches to persistent technical challenges, redefining what's possible in
data center security
· Establish metrics and
KPIs for commissioning excellence, driving continuous improvement across all
projects
What
You’ll Bring
Experience
and Expertise
· 5+ years of
experience in data center security systems, with demonstrated expertise in
testing, designing, and commissioning integrated security platforms
· Proven leadership of Technical
teams on complex security integration projects
· Advanced knowledge of
platforms such as C-CURE, Lenel, Honeywell, S2, Genetec, Axis, or Milestone
· Deep understanding of
network systems and equipment in high-stakes environments
Technical
Qualifications
· Professional
certifications such as Lenel OnGuard Expert, CCURE Level 4, or Genetec
certification
· Network,
virtualisation, or server qualifications (CCNA, VMware, etc.)
· Bachelor's degree in
a technical field or equivalent combination of education and hands-on
experience that demonstrates your technical mastery

This
role requires frequent travel throughout Europe (both local and international) with
occasional overnight stays.

split time between dynamic project sites and office work, navigating varied
environments including technical spaces and construction zones.
Physical
Requirements
Ability
to lift to 25 pounds regularly (and 100 occasionally), use personal protective
equipment, and work effectively in environments with electrical components.
