Join our dynamic Fintech team as a Data Intern to support creation of Actionable analytical insights. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in data management and analytics within the financial technology sector.

Your Tasks

Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - as an intern (m/f/d) you will benefit in any case from an attractive remuneration and flexible working hours. You will support the team with the following responsible tasks:

• Data Requirements and Gap Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements, identify current data gaps, and propose solutions
• Reporting Layer Setup: Help in optimizing the Reporting layer to facilitate robust reporting and analytics
• Customer Interaction Tracking: Work on identifying technical features and tracking mechanisms for customer interactions/journeys in the Payzy app
• E2E Data Governance & Management: Assist in managing the complete data lifecycle, ensuring data integrity from source systems to the BI layer
• Data Modernization Vision: Conceptualizing the vision to modernize the data stack to a cloud-based infrastructure
• Collaboration and Support: Support the Data Product Owner in day-to-day tasks, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams

Your Profile

You are studying Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or a comparable degree program or are in your gap year. In addition you have the following knowledge and skills:

• Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office tools (Power Point, Excel)
• Basic knowledge of data management, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency German is preferred.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

This position is also available on part-time basis.
