What we look for:
- You drive the business development and sales strategy for our Advanced Data Analytics team, identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
- You represent OMMAX as a thought leader for Data & AI at conferences, events and panels, expand our network and position our analytics services in the market.
- You develop and present customised data-driven strategies that help companies achieve their business goals with advanced analytics and AI.
- You are responsible for sales success, market positioning and scaling, including pitching, strategic customer acquisition and development of new service offerings.
- You co-lead a team of high potentials, actively drive their development and ensure the continuous expansion of our analytics expertise.
- You support targeted recruiting activities in close cooperation with the People & Culture team, to attract top talent for the Advanced Data Analytics team.
- You work closely with internal and external stakeholders, develop strategic partnerships and ensure that our solutions deliver real business value.
What we require:
- You hold a university degree with excellent grades in computer science, business, economics, math or any other analytical science discipline (Master's degree, MBA or PhD of advantage).
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in data science, business analytics, data technology consulting, product management or development in these areas.
- You have proven experience in team coordination and team leadership.
- You have experience in web, marketing and sales analytics as well as strong knowledge of the respective data sources such as Google Analytics and other Google Tools, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Hubspot etc.
- You show expertise with Tableau, Power BI and/ or other market-leading analytics software as well as strong Excel and analytical skills.
- You bring expertise on typical analytics tech stacks, languages, and frameworks (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Scikit-Learn, JupyterLab) - knowledge on typical software development workflows (e.g., Git, Jira, Confluence, CI/CD) and basic cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) are of advantage.
- You have a profound customer focus and are a strong team player with the willingness to work hands-on.
- You stand out for your excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are fluent in English.
