Requirements

• Experienced Backup & Recovery Engineer with approximately 5 years of hands-on expertise in managing data protection and restoration using Dell EMC NetWorker.
  
• Proven ability to design, implement, and support backup infrastructure for complex IT environments, ensuring data integrity, availability, and performance.
  
• Manage backup and restore operations using Dell EMC NetWorker, including installation, configuration, and day-to-day administration.
  
• Provide end-to-end support for backup clients, including databases, file systems, and network file systems.
  
• Ensure backup recovery management by overseeing NetWorker servers, performing regular restores, and validating data protection strategies.
  
• Monitor backup infrastructure performance, optimize storage utilization, and proactively resolve backup failures.
  
• Deliver advanced technical support, including in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis for backup and recovery issues.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, leveraging strong communication skills to facilitate issue resolution and continuous improvement.
