Main Tasks
Develop data-driven solutions to enhance products and processes in the banking industry.
Use natural language processing technologies (Large Language Models) to intelligently analyse and improve customer experiences.
Build, train, and evaluate machine learning models using both structured and unstructured data.
Take responsibility for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining models, including automating integration and delivery processes (MLOps).
Build scalable analysis processes and work closely with teams across product management, IT, and business specialists.
A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related field, ideally with a focus or strong interest in AI.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience using tools for data analysis and machine learning.
Hands-on experience with language processing and working with large language models.
A keen analytical mindset with a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
A proactive attitude, with a passion for working in teams and great communication skills.
Fluent German (at least C1) in both speaking and writing.
