As a Data Scientist specializing in intelligence data architecture, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data management systems to support critical intelligence needs. You will leverage your expertise in data modeling, data architecture, and various database technologies to create efficient, scalable, and secure solutions. You will work with data sources and formats, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility for advanced analytics and reporting. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the data landscape, enabling data-driven decision-making within the organization.

You Have:
Experience with designing and implementing data architectures and models for large-scale intelligence data environments
Experience with collaborating across technical and non-technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and impactful data solutions
Experience with multiple database technologies, including SQL, NoSQL, and high-performance computing (HPC), while leveraging Python, R, and SQL for scripting, automation, and advanced data science applications
Experience with cloud-based data platforms, data lakes, and data warehouses
Experience with building, optimizing, and monitoring end-to-end data pipelines, including ETL processes
Knowledge of developing interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and advanced analytics methodologies
Knowledge of Agile development environments and DevSecOps practices
Ability to integrate data solutions with emerging and cutting-edge technologies to maintain technology leadership
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or Data Science
Nice If You Have:
Experience with ElasticSearch and Elk Stack in data analysis and visualization.
Experience with designing and maintaining integrations with Microsoft tools
Knowledge of intelligence community data systems and workflows
Knowledge of knowledge management principles and procedures in data environments
Ability to use Jupyter Notebooks for prototyping and advanced analysis.
Ability to integrate web applications and data visualization frameworks for mission-focused solutions
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
