About your future role
As an Data/Interchange Fee Analyst, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Eschborn. Together, we work on assessing Interchange and Card Scheme Fees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as SME (subject matter expert) for Interchange Fees for DACH & NORDICS Region.
- Design reconciliation algorithms, model data and produce analytical reports involving invoices received from different schemes such as Visa, Mastercard and transactional data (Big Data) present in the Datawarehouse.
- Manage monthly reporting by working with internal stakeholders to evolve key performance metrics (KPI).
- Manage scheme and interchange mandates for global pricing calculation engine.
- Be responsible for translating business requirements into technical requirements and act as a UAT approver.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis/impact analysis using quantitative techniques.
- Provide input to the Interchange fee budget.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
- A bachelor’s degree and other relevant specialised professional qualifications or training
- At least 3 years of relevant job experience
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to establish end-to-end solutions
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large, complex datasets with ease and confidence
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with remote teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office in general
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of SAP-BW, SAP-ERP, SQL server and BI tools
- Prior experience in reconciliations of Card Schemes Pricing
- Good German skills
- Teamworker and a selfstarter
